At present, Yundian Innovation Energy has equipped three high-precision and high-flexibility semi-automatic assembly lines and complete battery system testing and verification facilities in the industry. The production line adopts multi-axis robot, automatic assembly system, import spot welding machine, high power laser welding machine, EOL online detection and automatic delivery line, etc., to achieve automatic production of module assembly and system integration. The production process takes "intelligent manufacturing" and "digital control" as the core concept, through the organic coordination of equipment, process, personnel, materials, environment and information and other factors, to achieve equipment automation, lean production, management information and high efficiency of personnel.
